We offer free shipping at FAiRYTALE online shop. Upon purchasing any items at our shop, you can enjoy global free shipping with our designated courier. (*Please see Remarks)
Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service. You can also pick up your order at our FAiRYTALE store in Hong Kong. Please pick up the goods within 1 year after ordering or we reserve the right to handle the orders which have not been picked up within the deadline. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / “extreme condition” is issued, our shop will be closed while the warning signal is in force.
Once the order has been shipped out, we will notify you by email or Whatsapp and provide the tracking number of the waybill. Customer can check the delivery status by using the tracking number provided. Should you have any request about delivery time, please contact the courier.
If the address you provided is wrong and the delivery fails (or the goods are not picked up at self-pick up point within the collection period), the goods will be returned to us. Customer require to pick up the goods by yourself. If customer request to rearrange the delivery, the customer needs to pay additional shipping fee.

According to the international postal operation arrangements of the Universal Postal Union, destination postal administrations are not bound to release processing and delivery information of “International Registered Mail”. Overseas destinations, including the Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and Netherland , have ceased to provide tracking information of registered mail.
The tracking information of postal authorities in destinations changes from time to time. For relevant details, please refer to the Hongkong Post website: https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/sending_mail/other_destinations/index.html
Please note that registered air mail in certain countries cannot provide local tracking information. If you need to track the all status from Hong Kong to the destination, you can consider adding additional freight charges and switching to Speedpost service. Please contact us for details.
If customer request for a designated shipping method, additional shipping charges will be required.
Please note that if FAiRYTALE products are returned because of undeliverable address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. Any balance will be refunded back to the customers credit card.
You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at FAiRYTALE. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company selected.
4. Disclaimer
FAiRYTALE will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. E,g. Any force majeure factors (including factors such as pandemic, weather or traffic).
We shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service.
