Repair and care

We only provide repair or warranty services for products purchased from our shop.

Repair & Care

We gladly provide after-sales and alteration service to you for our jewellery products.

Please bring along or ship the product, the sales invoice, and the after-sales service form to FAiRYTALE stores in Hong Kong.

Remarks: Warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or breakage damage caused by improper use, improper or inadequate maintenance and care. General wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing and gemstones loss are not covered under the warranty. For any improper use of jewlery we will consider as general wear, we provide repair service with repair charges. *Postage fee by mail shall be borne by the customer.

Ring size and product length alternation, adding or changing additional jewelry parts will request additional charges.

Fixed price HK$200 will be charged for ring resizing each time.
