Bespoke flow

Steps

Customers provide pictures of the bespoke and requirements. We will not accept styles that are unique to major brands.
After the customer confirms the order, we will produce a 3D rendering within a week and provide a quotation* based on the 3D drawing. HK$300 will be charged for 3D rendering. This charges will be waived once the order is confirmed. *Quotation is valid for one month.
If customer accepts the quotation, we require 50% deposit to confirm the order. (No refund in case of order cancellation)
The ordering time varies from 3-4 weeks, and the actual time depends on the style.
After completion, customer need to settle the balance when picking up the goods.

Bespoke Policy

No return or refund for bespoke order.
We provide setting service for client-owned pearl/ gemstones/diamonds. But there are always certain risks during the setting process. We do not guarantee that there is no possibility of damage to the pearl/gemstones/diamonds or the setting. We shall not be responsible for any damage occurred.
Store credits do not apply on bespoke order
Each quotation is valid for one month. If you decide to place an order more than one month later, you will need to get a new quote.
If the order is not confirmed after 3 quotations, we will stop provide further quotations and consultations.
The final products are not unique to anyone and will not restrict other customers from making the same style. We have the right to share pictures of products for sales purposes.
