Bespoke flow

Steps

Customers provide pictures of the bespoke and requirements. We will not accept styles that are unique to major brands.
After the customer confirms the order, we will produce a 3D rendering drawing within a week and provide a quotation* based on the 3D drawing. HK$300 will be charged for 3D rendering drawing. This charges will be waived once the order is confirmed. Customers may make minor adjustments based on the 3D renderings. If a complete redesign or a change of the overall design concept is requested, an additional drawing fee will be charged. *Quotation is valid for one week. If the customer decides not to proceed with production after the drawings are issued, the drawing fee will not be refunded.
If customer accepts the quotation, we require 50% deposit to confirm the order. (No refund in case of order cancellation)
The ordering time varies from 3-4 weeks, and the actual time depends on the style.
After completion, customer need to settle the balance when picking up the goods.

Custom-ordered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers may bring their own gemstones (Only loose stones over 0.03ct are accepted.) or pearls for us to set. Natural gemstones carry inherent and unpredictable structural risks (such as internal fractures or brittleness) during the setting process. Before commissioning the service, both parties must confirm the current condition of the gemstone. In the unfortunate event that the gemstone or pearl is damaged during the setting process, our store shall not be held liable for the value of the gemstone or pearl itself, and will only refund the workmanship fee for the setting service.
Store credits do not apply on bespoke order
Each quotation is valid for one week. If you decide to place an order more than one week later, you will need to get a new quote.
To ensure service quality and communication efficiency, a maximum of 3 complimentary consultation quotes are provided per single project. For any further plan revisions, an in-person consultation at our store is recommended.
The drawing fee shall not be used to offset other payments for goods or other fees.
The final products are not unique to anyone and will not restrict other customers from making the same style. We have the right to share pictures of products for sales purposes.
All custom-ordered products are eligible for maintenance and repair services.* For details, please click here.

※The 3D renderings are provided solely for confirming style details and dimensional proportions. Actual products may have reasonable manual and visual differences in gloss, color, or minor visual effects compared to the renderings. Such differences do not constitute quality defects. The final appearance is subject to the actual product.

※Any disputes arising shall be settled by our company through amicable negotiations with customers in good faith. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the HKSAR.

※Our company reserves the right to modify these terms, and the most current version shall be as announced on this online store.
