1. Returns

To help you enjoy shopping at fairytale-hk.com, we have 7 days Return Policy. ※Remarks※

If for any reason you do not like the product you ordered, we are pleased to accept order return within 7 days. Each item can only be returned or replaced ONCE.

Please make sure that the item for returning is intact and there is no human damage. Otherwise, exchange and refund will not be accepted.

※Discounted items, Engraved products, Loose stones, Made-to-Order products and setting services cannot be returned or refunded.

※Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable.

※Store credits used in order will not be returned.

※Shipping cost for exchanged products are bared by customer.

2. Returns Procedures

Please contact our customer service by whatsapp or email (fairytalehk16@gmail.com) and ship the product(s) in the original condition and packaging as well as free gift (if applicable) as received at the time of purchase to within 7 days. You may also return them to one of the FAiRYTALE store. If the product come with certificate, you must return the certificate together with the product otherwise we will not accept return. If you plan on returning the product(s) to store, please present your invoice as well. The delivery fee is non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for any delivery and tax fees incurred for the return product(s).

For exchange products or styles, customer need to make up the price difference. Store credits are not applicable in exchange cases. Products or styles exchange can only be done once per invoice.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and checking the returned product, the price of the order would be refunded to your account within 4 weeks.

The customer is responsible for any delivery fees and taxes incurred for the return product(s).

For orders paid by credit card, order cancellation would cost a handling fee 5% of the order.

If the order comes with free premiums or gifts, they must also be returned. If they were not completely returned, extra 10% of order amount or the value of the premium or gift may be charged for Hong Kong and Overseas customers (whichever higher)

If customer who paid by credit card but has not received the goods, and requests cancellation of the order and refund, it would cost a handling fee 3% of the total amount.

※Store credits used in the returned order will not be refunded; Store credits earned from the returned order will also be deducted.

※Please note that import duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

※In the event of a dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive. We reserve the rights to amend, change and suspend the above terms and conditions.
