1) Natural Quality, Materials, and Specifications
- Seawater Pearls: Our store uses seawater pearls sourced directly from their places of origin (Japanese Akoya, Mabe pearls, South Sea pearls, and Tahitian pearls). Natural pearls are nurtured in natural environments and are not assembly-line artificial products. Their surfaces may carry minor imperfections or natural growth lines, which are normal phenomena. We insist on strict 360-degree manual screening to ensure luster and overall quality. If you have extremely high standards for flaws/imperfections, we recommend visiting our physical store in person to make your selection.
- Gemstones and Diamonds: All gemstone-set jewelry in our store uses natural colored gemstones and natural diamonds, not laboratory-grown diamonds or artificial stones. Natural gemstones may contain natural inclusions; the above are all normal phenomena and do not constitute defects.
- Precious Metal Guarantee: All gemstone-set jewelry uses solid 18K gold (Au750), not gold-plated or gold-filled, and is not prone to fading or causing allergies.
- Specification and Size Tolerance Notes:
- Gold Weight Variation: Jewelry is handcrafted or finely polished by goldsmiths. Different hand sizes/ring sizes and production batches may cause slight fluctuations in gold weight. Please refer to the actual weight of the finished product received.
- Pearl Size: The indicated pearl size is the diameter range measured by caliper (for example, 8-8.5mm indicates a diameter within this range). Matching pearl earrings or strands may also have a reasonable natural size tolerance of 0.2-0.5mm.
- Gemstone/Diamond Carat Weight: Each natural gemstone is uniquely cut. The total carat weight of the main stone/side stones in custom-made or set finished pieces may have a slight tolerance of 0.01-0.05ct. Products will be marked according to the actual weight of the stones set.
- Color Difference and Measurement: Product photos may show slight color differences due to shooting lighting, screen display, and the pleochroism of natural gemstones. Please refer to the actual item.
2) Pricing and Shipping Notes
- Fixed and Transparent Pricing: Product prices in our store are open and transparent, and bargaining is not accepted. Prices may be adjusted according to international precious metal and gemstone raw material prices without prior notice.
- Shipping Time: In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours (working days) after payment. For urgent orders or stock inquiries, please contact customer service before placing your order.
