1. The Japanese Akoya, Mabe, South Sea pearls, and Tahitian pearls in our store are all seawater pearls directly supplied from their places of origin. Seawater pearls are nucleated cultured pearls, which can be verified by formal inspection institutions. Compared to ordinary freshwater pearls, they have better luster and are considered jewelry-grade.
2. Pearls are formed by a creature, so it’s common that there is a swell or a dent on the surface. We will try our best to select high-quality pearls, each one will be 360-degree screened and matched to ensure the quality of the pearl. Although we have always adhered to strict screening standards, we still cannot guarantee zero defects and zero blemish. We try to make blemish not so outstanding as much as possible. Please consider carefully before placing an order if you are a perfectionist.
3. All inlaid jewelry sold in our store uses natural diamonds, rather than lab-grown diamonds or simulated stones.
   
4. All gemstones sold in our store are all natural color gemstones, which may contain natural inclusions. This is a normal characteristic and is not considered a flaw.
5. Our inlaid jewelry is all 18K gold/AU750, neither gold-plated nor gold-clad, no plating, no fading, and most people are not allergic.
6. All items in our store are sold at marked prices and are non-negotiable. We also reserve the right to adjust product prices in response to changes in raw material costs without prior notice.
7. Ready stock will be shipped out in 2 days (working days). Please contact us if you have any enquiry on ready stock or urgent order.
8. We accepts any type of jewelry design customization. It will take about 3-4 weeks.

9. We offer 3-day return or exchange for online purchase.  Customer can return or exchange product within 3 days. ※For terms and details, please refer to "Return Policy". No return for In-store purchase or self pick-up.
10. We are not responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to the goods during transit (including courier and transport), and no returns or exchanges will be provided for such cases. Customers assume the risk of loss in transit. ※For terms and details, please refer to "Shipping Methods"
11. If customer request to cancel a paid credit card order before shipment due to personal reasons, the credit card payment platform fee is non-refundable. We will deduct a 4% transaction fee from the total refund amount.
