- Our Japanese Akoya, South Sea pearls and Tahiti are all seawater pearls directly supplied by the origin. Seawater pearls are nucleated and can be tested by a formal testing organization. They have a better luster than ordinary freshwater pearls and belong to the jewelry level.
- Pearls are formed by a creature, so it’s common that there is a swell or a dent on the surface. We will try our best to select high-quality pearls, each one will be 360-degree screened and matched to ensure the quality of the pearl. Although we have always adhered to strict screening standards, we still cannot guarantee zero defects and zero blemish. We try to make blemish not so outstanding as much as possible. Please consider carefully before placing an order if you are a perfectionist.
- Our inlaid jewelry is all 18K gold/AU750, neither gold-plated nor gold-clad, no plating, no fading, and most people are not allergic.
- All prices listed on our website are fixed. We do not accept bargaining.
- Ready stock will be shipped out in 2 days (working days). Please contact us if you have any enquiry on ready stock or urgent order.
- We accepts any type of jewelry design customization. It will take about 3-4 weeks. We provide setting service for client-owned pearls, gemstones or diamonds. But there are always certain risks during the setting process. We do not guarantee that there is no possibility of damage to the pearls/gemstones/diamonds or the setting. We shall not be responsible for any damage occurred. Please contact us for details (Do not accept email attachment).

- We shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). - If customer who paid by credit card online but has not received the goods, and requests cancellation of the order and refund, it would cost a handling fee 3% of the total amount.
